PLEASE NOTE
that only student based educational institutions within
Australia, which are licensed with the Audio Visual Copyright
Society (Screenrights) under Part VA of the Copyright
Act are eligible to receive copies of off-air broadcasts
. This should cover public schools, (under a blanket agreement
with their State Education Department), and most private
schools and colleges, universities and TAFE institutions.

Record Keeping Institutions:

with a record of the copy on behalf of the institution. |

- University Record Keepers who have an agreement with
